In light of the recent announcement by the Prime minister we are letting our customers know that we are going to remain OPEN for business.This is because it's been noted that that we provide a key service within the transport business keeping the agricultural vehicles and other important vehicles on the road and therfore are classed as essential business.
However, in order to protect our staff and members of the public, procedures have been put in place as follows:
If you wish to remain isolated you can ring ahead and pay over the phone, leave your locking wheel nut accessible in the boot of your car and remain in the vehicle until the job is completed.
OR
We can come and collect your car or loose wheels if it is local to Adfa. Example: Tregynon, Berriew, Bettws, Llanfair, Cefn Coch, Bwlch Y Ffridd or anywhere within a 10 mile radius. Just ring us and let us know where your keys will be.
When jobs are being done we ask that you do not enter the garage bays. We also ask that you keep at least 2 meters away from any member of staff and any other customer that may also be on the premises or when we are on-site.
Any sales that are made are to be paid via contactless card payments or BACS or will be booked to an account if applicable and invoiced through the post.
Members of staff will ensure that their hands are sanitised at all times, and before and after any jobs, we urge our customers to ensure that they are doing the same.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused at this extremely difficult time, however the safety of our staff and our loyal customers is our number one priority, whilst ensuring that you are able to function as normal.
